Description
• Design and implement knowledge management process with the goal to secure sustainable usage of FlixBus knowledge base• Define, create, implement and update knowledge articles
• Implement new features and tools to further foster user motivation for e-learning
• Work with existing reports to track usage and identify successes/knowledge gaps
• Prepare didactic content/courses in English (+other European language)
• Expand the FlixBus LMS platform with content (i.e. training videos, online presentations, knowledge tests, self-learning scripts)
• Introduce concepts and initiatives for further strategic development of our learning platform
• Maintain and further develop our knowledge management including customer FAQs, communication templates in Customer Service and internal knowledge center
• Support the development of suitable KPIs, identify development areas and look for improvements to training material as well as knowledge transfer
• Optimize workflows related to content creation, validation and quality control • You are comfortable in creating new textual content
• You are passionate and continuously demonstrate focus on customer happiness
• You have strong adherence to deadlines
• You posses high attention to detail
• You can demonstrate strong analytical skills
• You are passionate for digital products and problem-solving
• You possess knowledge and practical experience in formal training, didactics, online course design, teaching
• You show self-initiative while being a team player
• You are experienced in agile & project-oriented work
• Good to have: successfully completed a course of pedagogy, economic education, media design, media education or you have a comparable qualification
• Good to have: Software knowledge in photo processing programs, authoring and video editing
