Description

You are responsible for the coordination of promotions all over the region
You are responsible for marketing campaign localization and online team support
You identify potential partnerships and negotiate the collaboration conditions
You work closely together with other members of CEE South team
You support the marketing team on all marketing and promotional activities
You train FlixBus promoters and become the point of contact between them and the company
You monitor and analyze the performances of each promotional activity relying on specific KPIs Well organized and team-oriented working style
Open and communicative personality, proactive, reliable and conscientious with high social and negotiation skills
Curious and passionate about mobility and a dynamic work environment
High motivation for achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop the business with us
Fluent in Croatian and English, knowledge of any other Eastern European language or German is a plus
