Description

You take full ownership of our marketing activities in Romania (Offline, Partnerships and Price promotions), involving their planning, implementation and evaluation
You make FlixBus a recognized and loved mobility brand in Romania
You identify new potential partnership and collaboration opportunities and negotiate the conditions
You continuously research and analyze the market to understand our customers better
You work closely together with the marketing team in Budapest Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
First relevant work experience preferably in a similar role (offline or digital marketing, start-up marketing)
Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions
You are a self-starter and able to work proactively and independently
High social, communication and negotiation skills
High focus on achievement and a strong entrepreneurial drive
You have a creative mindset and can think outside of the box
Native in Romanian and fluent in English
