Description

You make FlixBus a recognized and loved mobility brand also in Romania
You take full ownership of our marketing activities in Romania (Offline, PoS, and events), involving their planning, implementation and evaluation
You analyze the market and identify new marketing opportunities (specific business opportunities, partnerships and marketing campaigns and manage relationships with national key stakeholders)
You identify potential partnerships and negotiate the collaboration conditions
You work closely together with the marketing team in Budapest Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
First relevant work experience preferably in a similar role (offline or digital marketing, start-up marketing)
Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions
High social, communication and presentation skills
High focus on achievement and a strong entrepreneurial drive
Ability to work independently and a creative mindset
Native in Romanian and fluent in English; other CEE languages is a plus
