Description

• You take responsibility for the coordination of promotions in Poland
• You identify potential partnerships, negotiate and manage the cooperations
• You work closely together with other members of the team
• You continuously research and analyze the market to understand our customers better
• You support the marketing team on all marketing and promotional activities
• You train FlixBus promoters and become the point of contact between them and the company
• You monitor and analyze the performances of each promotional activity relying on specific KPIs • Min. one year of experience in the field of marketing/events/promotions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You are creative and committed and take initiative
• You work effectively in a team, on several projects at the same time and under time pressure
• Performance driven mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good level of English
