Description

• You work closely with our bus partners, develop long-lasting relationships and offer support regarding all operational topics.
• You support our team in communication with our bus partners.
• You optimize the quality standards of our operations and coordinate the processes at our bus stations.
• You ensure the best quality of services is offered to our customers by our bus partners.
• You support the set up and steering the shops (local service and sales offices) at suitable locations and manage our staff • Previous experience in operations, partner management, tourism or transportation fields is a plus.
• High motivation for achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us.
• Self-reliance, reliability and conscientiousness paired with an analytical mind that has easy to learn and define new processes.
• As a large part of the work is communicating with our partners, being a peoples-person with developed social, communication and negotiation skills is a plus.
• Fluent in Czech and English or German, knowledge of any other Eastern European language is a plus
