Description
• You monitor the execution of our trips in the French market and solve appearing irregularities pragmatic to our customers' satisfaction• You are responsible for the quality assurance in the French market
• You analyse operational data, develop reports and give feedback to our bus partners
• You develop partner fitting measures to safeguard our high quality standards and work on operational projects independently
• You are responsible for complex customer requests, execution planning and the coordination during execution (on-site, if needed) • Successfully completed studies in the field of Management, Logistics, Quality Management, Event Management, or any similar apprenticeship
• Highly motivated to develop a young product in a team and with external partners
• Hands-on mentality and analytical skills
• Organisational talent and independent working style
• Positive attitude and comfortable in a partner-facing environment
• You find pragmatic solutions and keep calm under stress - even in complex situations
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Power BI are a plus
• Flexibility to perform on duty (roughly six weeks per year)
• Native speaker level in French, fluent in English, knowledge of any other European language is a plus
