• You execute different projects from the scratch with full responsibility in a leading role
• You manage cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders throughout Europe
• You resolve any issues and challenges faced during the roll-out phase
• You are conceptually responsible for the FlixTrain fleet and for their continuous development
• You find solutions independently for complex technical issues with various stakeholders
• You are responsible for the technical coordination with various stakeholders (e.g. partners, manufacturers, authorities, etc.) as well as the professional coordination within Europe
• You contribute to the conceptual design, development and implementation of conversion concepts and new vehicle orders
• You evaluate the planned measures during the implementation and bring the insights into the continuous improvement process
•You play a vital role in changing the transportation industry, which will be a lasting success. Your ideas and your entrepreneurial spirit are needed and appreciated daily. • You have a degree in economics, business administration or equivalent and preferably already work experience
• Ideally, you already have expertise in the transportation industry
• You have a track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance
• You are highly motivated in achievement and you have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to improve the status quo
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You are self-reliant, reliable and conscientious
• Fluent in English and German, every other language is a plus
