Description
You are the key person to maintain high safety & quality level and improve customer satisfaction.You train, support, and develop the drivers (of our bus partners) towards our international quality standards.
You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the Romanian market.
You analyze root causes of customer dissatisfaction and create action plans for improvements.
You ensure and optimize the quality standards of the operations at our bus stations.
You drive the development and ensure implementation of quality/safety improvement measures by our Bus Partners in order to further improve customer experience and satisfaction. Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Organization, Tourism Management or similar.
Previous experience in transportation industry is a plus.
Necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us.
The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with strong communication skills.
Diplomatic, but a strong personality to represent Flixbus' interests towards key stakeholders and partners.
Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality.
Native level of Romanian and fluency in English; Bulgarian/Hungarian is a plus.
You are ready to travel in Romania occasionally to check quality/safety standards on buses and at stations.
