• You enable the market entry in new regions and push our employer brand in the target markets
• You partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advice on the best hiring strategy
• You manage the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keep all your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
• You are an user of LinkedIn and other key sourcing tools. You source passive candidates through multiple approaches as required by the specifics of the role
• You drive and manage projects and contribute to the further development of our recruiting team by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life
• You focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity • Excellent BA/BS degree from a top academic institution. Ideally with a focus on HR
• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in recruitment, sourcing and assessing talent
• First experience in identifying and recruiting passive job seekers
• Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with candidates and hiring managers at various levels within the company
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
• You are an innovative and motivated networker with a ‘make it happen' attitude
• You are native in English, any other language is a plus
