Description

• You will set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners and become their trustworthy partner
• You train, support, and develop the drivers towards our international quality standards
• You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the Italian market
• You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new route
• You will be responsible for customers' NPS quality evaluation on our local Bus Partners • Bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience in travel or mobility services
• 1 to 3 years of work experience
• The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills
• Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop an international venture with us
• Excellent Italian and good English language skills
