Description

You prepare reports on KPI's for management on Benelux topics
You actively look for opportunities and threats in BI tools, internal- and external data
You help integrate, and implement financial processes in the Dutch subsidiary, supported by our headquarters
You help prepare and control over month- and year-end close and financial statements in cooperation with our accountants and tax advisors
You support in ensuring business plan preparation, budget, and cash flow planning
You take ownership of the financial and accounting administration of the local Dutch entity
You contribute to improvement initiatives, such as accruals, audit, IFRS, etc.
You act as a local interface to banks, tax advisors and auditors Bachelor or Master's degree in Management, Economics or Finance, major in Finance/Controlling/Accounting desirable
Working experience, ideally in the fields of Auditing, Business Analysis or Corporate Finance in a start-up, or dynamic SME environment is considered a plus
Accurate and structured work style, combined with a strong commitment
Proactive, “self-starter” attitude, with a dedicated, team-oriented mind-set
Native in Dutch and fluent in English and/or German, as well as any other European language is a plus
