- You are part of the French Inbound Sales Teams at FlixBus Charter, located at the FlixBus headquarters in Munich, Germany.
- You consult customers over the phone and via E-Mail when they inquire about our service.
- You create custom-made offers for bus charter inquiries.
- You convert these offers by proactively contacting your customers via phone.
- You propose and realize innovative avenues to grow our customer mix
- You offer your customers support before and during the execution of the trips, and in collaboration with the Sourcing team solve ad-hoc problems to deliver an optimal travel experience.
- In collaboration with the Sourcing team you ensure that the defined requirements are met and achieved.
- You realize ways to improve our internal processes and you are part of such improvement projects.
- You mainly interact with the following internal departments: Sales Operations, Sourcing, International Sales, and Pricing. - First working experience in the area of Sales or Account Management
- A solid user of the main MS Office applications and ideally experienced in using Salesforce
- Persuasiveness, self-motivated, an accurate and reliable worker, as well as having a pronounced customer focus
- French (mother-tongue level)
- English (fluent)
