Description
• You support our international team in strengthen our brand reputation• You develop and implement the PR strategy focused on the Italian Market
• You take full responsibility of press releases and briefings on regional, national and international level
• You organize press events, media sessions and interviews for print, TV/radio, new media, and others
• You cultivate and enhance working relationships with relevant journalists and public stakeholders
• You create online and offline content and spread the word by adapting corporate news and messages to the national level
• You work cross-functionally with our marketing and public affairs departments
• You report to the Managing Director Italy and to the Head of Corporate Communications
• You manage a team of 2 internal resources
• You manage and face Crisis in terms of communication and reputation accidents. • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism or related fields of study
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in PR, Communications or other related fields, preferable in media agency
• Relevant media contacts in the Italian market are a plus
• Experience in coordinating internal and external resources
• High motivation, reliability and a deep understanding of old and new media channels
• The ability to manage a broad range of both proactive and reactive projects
• Enthusiasm, creativity, commitment, and team spirit are amongst your strongest qualities
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
