Description
• You create training content (e-learning)• You monitor learning results (quantitative and qualitative, short term & long-term)
• You are responsible for conceptual design of content development for our Learning Management System
• You monitor and implement current e-learning trends and latest teaching/learning research results
• You conceptualize and implement group-specific, cross-country e-learning modules
• You implement a workflow for continual improvement
• You decide the format of training content and technique
• You administrate the LMS system (bug-fixing) in collaboration with IT/Provider
• You set up and further develop a toolbox of learning tools (e.g. interactive resources, quizzes, digital narratives, high quality imagery, video content, etc.).
• You are the user support, admin and interface to the e-learning provider
• Support the set up of KPIs and reports • You have experince in working with LMS and creating e-learning content (ideally worked with Docebo, Onelogin)
• You have ability to apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods
• You possess relevant work experience with innovative learning and/or digital learning
• You demonstrate strong personal and written communication skills
• You can define and improve quality procedures in conjunction with stakeholders
• You have strong analytical skills and mindset as well as strong presentation skills
• You show passion for digital products and for problem-solving
• You are a team player
• You are focused on customer requirements and customer happiness
• Full professional proficiency in English + at least one additional European language
• Good to have: Experience with Articulate360
• Good to have: experience in digital designing
