Description
• Build the marketing strategy of offline campaigns from conceptualization to implementation• Measure the performance of your campaigns through marketing-KPIs and business cases
• Cooperate, negotiate and close deals with relevant partners to increase visibility, push offline sales and increase FlixBus' awareness in the US
• Think out-of-the box: regularly propose new ideas and innovate campaigns to reach our target group effectively
• Manage your own marketing budget and pitch for extra budget when needed to test and scale campaigns to take offline marketing to the next level
• Create reports and define new performance measurements to analyse and optimize campaign efficiency
• Support the headquarters for campaigns by suggesting topics, content and graphics for all online channels (social media, e-mail, mobile, etc)
• Be the contact person for all offline marketing measures in answering all internal stakeholders • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Media Studies, or related field
• Previous experience in online marketing; offline marketing experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and affinity to numbers, with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple online tools including MS Office, Outlook
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
• Enthusiasm, proactive with hands-on attitude, and experience in a start-up environment is a plus
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
