Description

• You work closely together with our marketing disciplines (SEM, Affiliate, Social, Offline, Sales, CRM) to define, develop and manage marketing campaigns
• You implement strategic marketing projects and run operational activities
• You identify and develop best practices across marketing channels and countries
• You own key KPIs for specific marketing channels in several countries
• You analyse markets and competitors and define market-specific business opportunities and marketing campaigns
• You are in charge of planning, implementation and optimization of CRM and email campaigns
• You build up a valuable customer database to increase customer retention, engagement and reactivation
• You track, analyse and create reports of performance marketing campaigns based on defined key KPIs
• You are part of our charter marketing team to turn our business into a recognized and loved mobility brand all over Europe • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business studies, Digital Media or similar
• 1+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Professional experience in (email/online) marketing
• Experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) is a plus
• Analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumption
• Coordination skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working style to drive projects efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You feel comfortable in a fast, dynamic and constantly changing environment – you improve processes and you make things happen at the same time
• Fluent in English - every other language (French, Italian) is a plus
