Description

• You update and manage relevant data on Salesforce, and create corresponding reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
• You stay up-to-date on global and local operational processes and update Salesforce data workflow as necessary
• You provide first line Salesforce system support for the operations team
• You help with ad-hoc operations projects
• You perform other exciting duties related to setting up the FlixBus business in the US as assigned • Degree in Business, Economics, Operations or a related field
• Authorization for employment in the US
• One (1) year of technical and functional experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce certification are preferred
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook
