Description

• You are responsible for all accounting activities of FlixBus in the Benelux region (journal entry booking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, etc.)
• You prepare and control monthly and annual financial statements
• You participate in the preparation of the business plan, the budgeting and planning of the cash flow
• You are the first point of contact for all Billing related topics both internal and external
• You ensure an effective and reliable billing process delivering billing documents on time • Excellent university degree in Accounting
• Very good communication skills (spoken and written) and ability to explain complex topics
• Reliable and responsible problem solver with proactive style of working
• Relevant experience in accounting complemented by experience in a small to mid-size company
• Proficiency in Oracle is a must
• Working proficiency in all the established MS-Office-Programs (Excel, Word...)
• IFRS knowledge is a plus, understanding of Dutch accounting principles is a must
• Accurate and structured work style, combined with strong commitment, team-oriented mind-set
• Available for 1 day a week, with the possibility that this increases to 2 days a week
• Fluent in English
