Description

• You manage the implementation of a wide range of strategic projects in the areas of Organizational and Personal Development, Talent and Performance Management as well as People Analytics
• You are responsible for system harmonization, internationalization and optimization of HR software projects
• You scout and evaluate new HR trends and software solutions
• You integrate various HR data sources, track and analyze KPIs, and generate insights out of data to further improve the employee experience
• You work at the interface between internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the Director HR
• You support and manage a team of HR and training specialists
• You are responsible for the on-time delivery of reports and presentations for strategic HR meetings • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields of study
• Gained 3-5 years of work experience in a consulting firm, (HR) strategy division of a company, or similar area
• Track record of successful projects
• Strong analytical skills, an affiliation for numbers and good problem-solving skills
• You are passionate, committed, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
