Description
• You are responsible for the preservation and further development of our value-driven culture of innovation and collaboration• You identify trainings needs with a focus on leadership development, and manage the budget responsibly
• You support and manage a team of HR and training specialists, and report directly to the Director HR
• You introduce and lead HRD projects, involving relevant stakeholders and delegating tasks
• You boost the development of our talent management system by developing new concepts and strategies that are aligned with our culture and existing processes
• You support the continuous improvement of our employee survey tool and derive actions based on KPIs and predictive analytics
• You are responsible for the on-time delivery of reports and presentations for strategic HR meetings • Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or a business-related field of study
• Gained 3-5 years of work experience in HR / Organizational Development, with leadership experience
• Track record of successful projects and project management
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus
• You are passionate, committed, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
