Description

• You are an integral part of our recruiting team and help enable us to hire the best candidates
• You act as a point of contact for hiring managers and support them throughout their recruitment process
• You identify and directly approach suitable candidates for our open positions via social networks such as LinkedIn
• You are responsible for the support of a specific employee group – starting with the onboarding and ending with the offboarding
• You are the direct contact person for a specific group of employees and support us in providing them with reliable and competent advice regarding all HR-relevant topics
• You get first impressions in the areas of Personnel Development and International HR Management • Studying/Studied in the fields of Business, Human Resources, Economics, or similar
• Intermediate knowledge of MS-Office, Microsoft Excel
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to stay motivated with frequent pivots
• Positive attitude, highly assertive, and communicative personality
• Available to work full-time for at least 6 months from our Playa Vista office
• Authorization for employment in the US
