Description

• You are steering the wheel of the User Interface (UI) Integration team and you will focus on the development of tools (such as Living Style Guide) to achieve UI consistency across multiple independent development teams
• You work on a team level with Frontend Developers and Designers to achieve these goals
• You lead and impact other teams shaping their products' look and feel to users worldwide
• You work on a company level with your stakeholders to gather their support and deliver on their needs
• You own, prioritize and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision, including but not limited to writing user stories
• You create and maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and align the roadmap with the product backlog and vice versa
• You create and maintain an exceptional understanding of the target user and their current and future needs
• Your responsibility includes creating common understanding and promoting the product to the whole FlixTech organization
• You highlight the benefits of achieving consistency in UI across all the applications and products (i.e., external & internal applications) • You are an UI advocate and you should be familiar with UX practicesYou should have a background in Design and / or Front End Development (in a company that has scaled would be a big plus)
• Understanding of Software Design principles, system of systems and / or self contained systems is a huge plus
• You should have a profound experience in owning and driving UI in a company
• Bachelor/Master in Informatics, Computer Science, Design-related study or similar is a plus
• You should possess knowledge of emerging web design patterns and best practices
• You should have passion for digital products, services and for problem-solving
• You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills on team and C-level
• You are a team player, full of empathy and intuition
• You are passionate about travel and connecting people
• You are fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
