Description

You are responsible to implement new ancillary services and optimize existing offerings to unlock the full potential of ancillary revenues for FlixBus
You scan the market to identify ideas and new sources of ancillary revenues and define a suitable strategy for FlixBus to implement them
You develop and follow through on a comprehensive roadmap by prioritizing the project pipeline regarding estimated impact and needed effort as well as complexity
You gather information, provide analyses and present them in the right format for diverse audiences (e.g. management presentations, internal reviews, etc.)
You report to the Head of Ancillary Revenues, support him in the development and handling of strategic projects and provide assistance whenever necessary Excellent degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study
Eager to define and build a best in class ancillary product for FlixBus
Profound project management experience and the ability to run multiple complex project streams in a cross-functional setup
Ideally first experience in ancillary revenues in transportation industry, e.g. from airlines, cruise ships, trains, business development or strategy consulting
Entrepreneurial mind-set and strong communication skills, paired with an organized, autonomous and team-oriented work style
Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English; any other European language (especially German) is a plus
