Description
• You identify quality risks and evaluate deficiencies to appropriately remedy them while working with internal departments• You work with PowerBi, Excel, Databases and more to advise, support and submit reports to our operations/business managers on all quality issues, provide guidance and feedback
• You develop and implement quality improvement projects
• You keep quality and project management documentation and perform analysis
• You monitor performance and quality of the service that our bus partners and staff provide
• You are responsible for ensuring that the service we provide is the best quality, consistent, and meets both external and internal requirements
• You participate in preparing quality guidelines and training manuals
• You are on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new and efficient procedures
• You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Poland that will turn into a long-lasting success • Bachelor or Master degree in Operations, Logistics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields of studies
• First experience in a relevant position related to Operations, Quality Management Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production, Consulting, ideally in a start-up, or a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong structuring and analytical skills
• High communication, negotiation and project management skills
• You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement
• You have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us
• Fluent in Polish and English, every other European language is a plus
