You take care of ticket sales and provide information about our offers
You support our customers and passengers in our shop
You provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of our products
You optimize the processes before the departure of our buses
You distribute the flyers and magazines
You support projects to ensure the quality and safety of our FlixBus product Previous customer service experience is a plus
You are friendly, reliable, service and solution-oriented, stress resistant
Native level of Romanian and good command of English
Strong computer skills
Flexible availability during our business hours (Monday - Sunday 7h – 22h)
