Description
• You make our company a recognized and loved mobility brand in Poland• You lead our sales activities in the Polish market
• You develop and support our internatioanl B2B sales and distribution through travel agencies, airlines, commercial chains, etc.
• You acquire and maintain Polish key accounts, integrate them in our booking and CRM systems and desire respective reports
• You introduce and improve measures, KPIs and metrics to structure our global go-to-market strategy
• You prepare and handle the budget of our sales team and conduct respective KPI-directed analyses
• You use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, coordinate and negotiate with a vast number of departments and stakeholders
• You lead the sales team, this includes managing 2-3 direct reports on a daily basis as well as managing their long term performance in the company
• You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Poland that will turn into a long-lasting success • Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business Administration or other related fields of study
• First experience in a relevant position, ideally in a start-up, or a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Sales all-rounder with profound experience and a track record of successfully completed projects
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
• High communication, negotiation and project management skills
• You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement
• You have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us
• Ideally, you have previous experience in team management or at least a strong desire to develop as a people manager
• A good level of English is required for this role
