• You make our company a recognized and loved mobility brand in Russia
• You lead our sales activities in the Russian market
• You develop and support our international B2B sales and distribution through travel agencies, airlines, commercial chains, etc.
• You acquire and maintain Russian key accounts, integrate them in our booking and CRM systems and desire respective reports
• You introduce and improve measures, KPIs and metrics to structure our global go-to-market strategy
• You prepare and handle the budget of our sales team and conduct respective KPI-directed analyses
• You use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, coordinate and negotiate with a vast number of departments and stakeholders
• You lead the sales team
• You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Russia that will turn into a long-lasting success • Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Background in transport companies is a plus
• You are a flexible person
• Entrepreneurial spirit, full of ambition, and a roll with the punches attitude
• You are focused on developing concrete solutions to fix root-cause problems and/or foresee them before they even happen!
• You have the business and financial acumen to understand complex models and use that information to develop strategic plans
• You ask effective questions, have great listening skills to engage with key external stakeholders and communicate openly
• You negotiate like a pro! You can anticipate stakeholders' tactics, motivations, sensitivities and intentions.
