Description

• You will build up a new startup within Flix which will revolutionize the railway industry and how people travel
• You will take the lead in negotiating new partner contracts for further growth of our business
• You will shape the vision of our train business and you will be asked to bring in your own ideas
• You will be responsible for crucial decisions, influencing our strategic positioning of the train business
• You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including project and partner management, strategic orientation of our train product as well as process and business optimization
• You will develop and establish a strong partner network to enable additional trains running within the DACH region
• You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry that will turn into long-lasting success • Excellent degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
• Work experience in business development, management consulting or similar
• Ideally, you already have expertise in the transportation industry
• Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance responsibility
• Highly motivated in achievement
• Excellent analytical skills
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
