Description

You support and monitor our ERP environment and process user requests regarding system functionality
You use your expertise to supervise and enhance the existing environment, find improvements and assure a smooth procedure
You support the technical and functional implementation of processes
You resolve system problems to ensure the highest system availability and you analyze user requests or errors
You work closely together with key users from Procurement, HR, Finance and Legal and make sure that the processes match with the business requirements
You accompany system and acceptance tests and document these thoroughly to create a profound base for evaluations and analyzes
You build trustful relationships with the project participants, consult them and represent a competent contact Bachelor/Master in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator or a similar position is a plus
Analytical skills and high affinity with numbers
Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
