• You turn the candidate journey into an amazing ride
• You convince and recruit the most promising candidates to join our successful venture and support our growth on a global level
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, you are the main point of contact for our Hiring Managers and assure a smooth process along the way
• You enable the market entry in new regions and push our employer brand in the target markets
• You are responsible for the budget of our recruiting team, you take over projects and contribute to the further development of our recruitment section by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life • Sound academic background in Economics, Business or Social Sciences, preferably with a focus on HR
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in start-ups or a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Proven track record of closing of senior vacancies in business and/or tech
• Fluent in English, and German is a plus as well as any other European language
• Proactive work style, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
• Highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
