Description

•You apply your finance expertise to independently develop and bring to life projects as well as strategies to help FlixBus grow on an international level
•You roll out and take the lead within projects, acting like an inhouse consultant for our finance team
•You come up with recommendations as well as measures of optimization for our day-to-day business
•You contribute to the further development of your team from a personal, as well as a professional perspective and act as valuable point of contact towards internal and external stakeholders
•You derive decision papers from your analysis and present them to our top management
•You come up with action plans according to your analysis, which contribute to our company's success •Successful bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or similar field of study - preferably with a focus on Finance/Accounting
•Several years of experience in a top-tier consultancy, auditing company or within the corporate finance department of a start-up / dynamic company
•Profound experience of financial processes, - modelling, and - planning
•Exact, data-driven and structured workstyle
•Ability to deal with unstructured problems
•Big sense of ownership
•Proactive, dedicated and team-oriented mindset
•Enthusiasm and readiness for action, as well as high level of personal initiative
•Fluent in English - German, as well as any other European language is a plus
