• You attract and source the best talents to join our successful venture on a global level• You enable the market entry in new regions and push our employer brand in the target markets
• You collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies, create meaningful job postings, evaluation, and closing solutions
• You own and manage the full cycle talent acquisition process, from the kick off meeting to screening, interviews, and hiring of new employees
• You drive active sourcing strategies and activities, from reaching out to candidates to engaging with them
• You provide a first-class candidate experience by ensuring smooth processes with a personal touch and professional communication (in job ads, interviews, feedbacks, offers)
• You drive and manage projects and contribute to the further development of our recruiting team by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life • Degree in economics, management, business administration, social sciences, or similar; ideally with a focus on HR
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in recruiting; ideally in an international, high-volume recruitment environment
• Experience with sourcing talents and managing a diverse pipeline
• Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with candidates and hiring managers at various levels within the company
• Your work style is structured, and you can manage your time effectively
• You are an innovative and motivated networker with a ‘make it happen' attitude
• You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus
