Description
• You conduct ticket sales and provide information about our offers• You provide our customers with all relevant information for their trip and support customers and passengers in our shop
• You work with Lost & Found department on taking care of items lost and found on the station including registration of lost luggage
• You create unique customer experience – on a professional and an emotional level
• You optimize the process before the departure of our buses • You speak English fluently, any additional language is a plus
• Ideally, you already have a similar professional experience
• You aim to provide the best level of service, you have a friendly disposition and proactive approach
• You are to able to solve problems and multitask
• You are ready to undertake shift work (hours of work between 7-22), in particular at transport peaks (eg Friday and Sunday afternoon, long weekends etc.)
