Description

• You drive the opening of our new shop in Amsterdam and make sure the launch will be a big success
• You are responsible for all daily operations and the overall management of our shop
• You lead a team of ten people and take care of their personal and professional development
• You ensure the highest standard of service and quality is delivered to our customers
• You take on reporting responsibility and deliver information to the regional management • Successful degree in Business, Operations, Tourism or a related field of study
• Significant experience in the field of operations and management
• Analytical and practical way of thinking paired with resilience and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability and drive to lead a team and passion for teamwork
• Flexibility in regard to working hours (e.g. weekends)
• Fluent in Dutch and English, every other foreign language is a plus
