• You are the first point of contact for our customers answering all their questions• You support the bus drivers during the check-in of our passengers
• You keep your cool when things do not go as planned and handle issue in a calm and solution-oriented way, assuring the best possible customer experience to our passengers
• You inform our customers about departing/arriving hours of buses and possible delays • You are a people person with strong communication skills
• Working in a team brings out the best in you
• Fluent in English and Dutch, any other foreign language is a strong plus
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• You appreciate flexible working hours and have a hands-on mentality
