Description
• You create and implement an innovative, brand and performance driven, social media plan for FlixBus' launch on the US market• You are responsible for the US market social media channels: from planning, benchmarking trends, optimizing ROI related paid social media campaigns, monitoring and measuring commercial KPIs
• You join forces with the social customer service in order to provide quality community management and set FlixBus as a Love Brand
• You develop influencer marketing campaigns
• You collaborate with other Marketing teams and departments and our Global Social Media team in order to maintain consistency and shared strategy
• You come up with new and innovative ways to grow the social presence of our brand • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication studies, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in the field of social
• Passion about new trends and how social media marketing makes a difference in businesses
• You like working independently and you are sensitive to business creativity
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented working-style
• Affinity with numbers as well as the capability of writing snappy content
• You love challenges
• You have lived for 2+ years in the USA and you are English on a native level
• Spanish or any other European language is a plus
