Description

• You are responsible for driving important strategic projects
• You help to write our Poland expansion strategy - from the development of new concepts until the Go-Live of new projects
• You set up, analyze and evaluate new business opportunities and threats of new projects related to our expansion
• You coordinate internal teams as well as external partners in order to ensure a successful progress of your projects
• You work closely with our International Business Development, Finance and other operational teams
• You elaborate decision drafts for our Top Management by analyzing, collecting and interpreting data material and collaborate closely with the decision makers of our company • Excellent degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields of study
• Several years of work experience in relevant positions, ideally in a start-up, or a high-paced, dynamic environment
• You have strong analytical skills, high social, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• You have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us
• You are proactive, reliable and a strong focus on achievement
• Native speaker level in Polish and fluent in English; German or any other European language is a plus
