• You build up a strong team
• You develop our FlixTrain business and lead our team
• You identify and define market entry strategies for FlixTrain, based on comprehensive market analysis created by your team
• You and your team work closely with our FlixBus colleagues in the respective countries to thoroughly understand each market
• You drive our expansion with FlixTrain and play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Europe that will turn into long-lasting success • Excellent degree in business, economics or related fields of study
• Work experience in business development, management consulting; or similar
• Leadership experience and/or previous experience in the transportation or tourism industry is a plus
• Highly motivated in achievement and the entrepreneurial drive to develop new markets
• Excellent analytical skills
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Fluent in German and English, every other language is a plus
