Description

You collaborate with the stakeholders in the marketing organization to develop the vision and roadmap for a cost-efficient localization strategy that delivers timely and high-quality translations in 20+ languages
You partner with Recruitment to hire highly qualified candidates for the team
You coach and lead a high-performing team
You evangelize cross-functional teams and stakeholders about localization processes and best practices
You manage relationships and close collaborations with regional & international marketing managers
You define methods for quantifying success (or failure)
You achieve superb translation quality across all languages
Identify tool & process gaps Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of localization project/program management experience on the client side
Additional qualification in Translation, Localization, Linguistics is a plus
Passion for building teams by developing and motivating talent
Great understanding of localization and internationalization issues
Experience using CAT tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels
You are a great team player and you share results and laughter in the same manner
You feel comfortable in a fast, dynamic and constantly changing environment – you improve processes and you make things happen at the same time
Fluent in English; every other language is a plus
