Description

You are responsible for the development of coach networks in new markets
You work with your team on strategic decisions regarding the development of our coach networks in new markets
You and your team plan FlixBus bus lines in collaboration with our business partners, other departments and the rest of our experienced team
You and your team optimize the schedules, cycles and shift schedules of our lines to deliver a great product to our customers
You closely accompany the approval process and the coordination process with our local bus companies and partners
You communicate with our business partners to handle our operative demands
You base your decisions on quantitative analyses and you derive data from information
You take over the responsibility for the network planning team Bachelor / Master degree in Management, Transportation, Geography or similar
Passion for the transportation sector and a keen interest in schedule and network planning
First experience in management
Strong analytical skills, readiness of mind and a goal-driven personality
Accurate work style as well as strong communication skills
Skilled user of the MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
Experience in handling graphic programs is an advantage
Strong geographical skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or any additional language is a plus
