Description

• You monitor upcoming trends, new payment methods, as well as all developments regarding payment systems and are the main point of contact for all Payment Service Providers (PSP)
• You lead the members of our payment team and take care of their personal and professional development
• You work closely together with our fraud expert, developing fraud prevention tools and systems
• You are responsible for payment reconciliation and reporting processes, collaborating with our accounting and controlling teams
• You define and monitor KPIs and drive the establishment of a reporting system for all payment methods on a group level
• You support our international business development team in conducting market research and give advice on local payment methods
• You don't mind taking over administrative tasks related to payment providers (legal, user, compliance) • Bachelor/master's in economics, business administration, engineering, computer science, or alike
• Proven leadership capabilities and track record of successful projects
• Profound experience within finance/controlling/accounting, knowledge in online payment processes and systems is a plus
• Good communication skills as well as ability to understand and implement diverse inquiries from different managerial levels
• Hands-on mentality as well as strategic and structured way of thinking
• Highly motivated team-player
• Fluent in English; any other foreign language is a plus
