Description

You will work as Team Lead Workflow Modernization and Projects (m/f/d) in a self-organized, cross-functional team. The mission of the team is to shape the core workflow of FlixBus and ensure the sustainability of our growth pattern.
• You develop the perfect workflow from schedule development via authorization and bus partner alignment to go live of a new line
• You build the vision of a zero-touch-process from end-to-end, develop a long-term roadmap for implementation and create business value with every step on the way
• You use the means of the digital age to reduce manual effort, human error and increase speed
• You lead a small and motivated team • Know-how: work experience in Project Management, or similar
• Leadership: work experience in team and/or employee leadership
• Tech-savvy: you feel comfortable in a techy surrounding to drive automated IT solutions in strong collaboration with our tech teams
• Assertiveness: you ensure your goals and targets are carried out by other departments
• Communication: you convince people to join forces across reporting lines and departments
• Vision: you think beyond current processes, envision a target picture and deliver on it
• Down-to-earth: You have a good understanding of real underlying problems and inhibitions so you can base your work on first-hand knowledge and facts
• Curiosity: You strive for better solutions and think out of the box
• Persistence: You do not shy away from resistance but work constantly to overcome it
• Communication: Fluency in English, every other language is a plus
