Description

• You plan and organize the work of the shop team (you create work schedules and keep time records).
• You motivate and supervise the team
• You optimize the bus check-in process at the station
• You work closely with Traffic Control department regarding delays and other customer relevant information and keep key stakeholders informed on the situation
• You help drivers check in via the mobile application
• You provide passengers with the highest standards of service
• You help passengers load their luggage
• You providing passenger information in Polish and English
• You perform on-board inspection, including security and FlixBus standards
• You perform ticket sales in Polish and English
• You keep track of the registration of lost luggage
• You report to the Operations Department of FlixBus Polska • You speak Polish fluently, English at a level that allows ease of communication (any other language would be a plus)
• Ideally, you already have a similar professional experience and have experience leading/managing people
• You aim to provide the best level of service, you have a friendly disposition and proactive approach
• You are to able effectively delegate tasks, solve and escalate problems and multitask
• You are ready to undertake shift work (hours of work between 7-22), in particular at transport peaks (eg Friday and Sunday afternoon, long weekends etc.)
