To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a Teamlead HR in Munich starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks - Paint the world green

• You lead a team of employees which carries out the HR management in our international offices and support them in all HR related topics

• You develop the vision and architecture for the HR function together with the leadership team, and partner with HR colleagues globally to understand regional differences, ensure customization of best practices and ensure the effective local implementation of HR strategies and processes

• You push new HR projects, programs and systems together with local teams

• You assure a smooth and goal-oriented cooperation between the German-based HR teams and our international offices

• You provide HR guidance when FlixBus expands and grows into new markets

• You actively take care of the personal and professional development of your team and act as an experienced sparring partner

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

• Degree in HR, business administration, economics, social sciences or a related field of study

• Several years of experience in Human Resource Management in a dynamic and international environment, of which at least 2 years were in a leadership role

• You have successfully pushed through projects and shown that your workstyle is goal-oriented and proactive

• You are analytical and know your way through data sets

• You have shown your leadership capabilities through having successfully guided a team and delivering great results

• Fluency in English, German and any other European language is a plus
