Description

• You lead a strong team to facilitate growth in our German speaking markets
• You evaluate, refine and implement sourcing strategies developed by your team
• You oversee procurement of transports and coaching of bus partner companies acting as
competent partner and consultant (internally and externally)
• You drive improvements regarding our sourcing approaches and processes which will help to change the transportation industry in Europe • Excellent Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, etc.
• Work experience in sourcing, consulting or similar
• Leadership experience and/or previous work experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational talent, analytical mindset and negotiation skills
• High motivation and entrepreneurial drive to contribute changing the transportation industry
• Flexibility to perform on duty (roughly half a dozen times per year)
• Fluent in German and English, any other European language is a plus
