• You turn the candidate journey into an amazing ride• Develop and manage full-cycle recruiting process, from a detailed job briefing to making an offer
• You handle all scheduling and logistics for interviews
• You leverage existing tech talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities
• You analyze the recruiting success and implement new initiatives that increase the quality and impact of our hires
• You initiate and manage employer branding activities directed at tech talent
• You handle Blue Card application process for new hires from start to finish • You've studied business administration, business informatics or another business or technological related field
• First experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in (tech) start-ups or in a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Proactive work style, you are committed, team oriented and passionate about achieving your goals
