• You collaborate closely with our local bus partners in Sweden & Denmark and develop long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust• You ensure the best quality of services offered to our customers by our bus partners
• You keep in close touch with our partner companies supporting regarding all operational topics
• You support along the way keeping the operational every-day business running • Entrepreneurial drive to disrupt the Swedish / Danish mobility industry together with us
• Enrolled student in Travel, Tourism, Customer Service or a similar field with focus on customer experience.
• Ideally first practical experience in B2B relations or customer service
• Enthusiasm, high level of initiative as well as high reliability
• Fluent in Swedish with basic knowledge of Danish or vice versa, professional proficiency in English
