We want to reinforce our successful business in France and therefore we are looking for a Junior Accountant for our Finance Department in Paris.

Your Tasks:

• You support the team with all accounting-related activities (inputting accounting entries, suppliers, customers, bank reconciliations, etc.) under the responsibility of the Accounting Manager.

• Entry of invoices in Oracle under German GAAP IFRS (each account linked to a French GAAP account)

• Assistance in the preparation of monthly VAT reports and other recurring tax and social reports

• Contribute in the implementation, improvement and automatization of accounting processes, with dematerialization of invoices and data reliability under Oracle.

Your Profile:

• 1 year experience in accounting

• Good knowledge of Oracle

• Rigorous, methodical, proactive, versatile and team-oriented

• Proactive and very organized to continuously improve the accounting and financial processes, and manage priorities

• A Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance (BTS Accounting / DCG / DUT GEA)

• Bilingual in English and French; German is a plus

• Excellent Excel skills and practical knowledge of other MS-Office programs (Word, Outlook ...)
