To support our team we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f) in Milano.
Your tasks
- You will take care of the existing partners and be responsible for generating new business opportunities
- You will identify and acquire new partners and build strong, long-lasting relationships
- You will be the link between external partners and internal teams
- You will take ownership of the whole sales process, including lead generation and sales responsibility
- You will prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management
Your profile
- Excellent Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or management consulting
- Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
- Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility
- Excellent analytical skills
- High social, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
- At least full working proficiency in both Italian and English
